Monday: Page 6 DUE, Writing Chemical Formulas Review, Discussed Writing/interpreting a chemical equation (pg. 7-8), baggie mini lab

Tuesday:  Mini lab DUE, quick check on writing a chemical equation, discuss reaction diagrams (bottom of page 8), discuss law of conservation of mass and balancing equations, pages 10-11 Due tomorrow, Lab safety/course syllabus signature sheet due

Wednesday: Pages 10-11 Due, more with balancing, start law of conservation of mass lab

Thursday:  Std. 19,20, 21 mini review, Introduce/discuss types of chemical reactions (3rd hour only, 5th hour most at Career Center visit), work on law of conservation of mass lab

Wednesday:   Balancing REDOX using the half reaction method, start Sparklers Lab





Thursday:  QUIZ over STANDARDS 23-24, work on Sparklers Lab

Jan. 6-10

Tuesday:  No School!  Way too COLD!!!

Thursday: What do you remember about standards 19-24?  Work on Sparklers Lab, Take Std. 23-24 quiz if necessary
